What I’m focused on at the moment, inspired by Derek Sivers’ /now movement.

Moved into a Software Architect role in January 2026. I'm working on system design, teaching Domain-Driven Design, and leading a few tech initiatives at once.
Leading multi-agent work for property management: renewals over chat, SMS, and voice, maintenance work orders, and the glue that connects agents to our legacy PHP stack.
Reading slowly: "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu and "Fundamentals of Software Architecture" by Mark Richards and Neal Ford.
Writing more than I used to. The goal is a short post every other month, even when it's a little rough.
Off the keyboard: cricket on weekends, gym on work-from-home days, road trips when everyone's time aligns, and an embarrassing amount of co-op gaming.
